Pros & Cons
Pros
This is the beef to use if you're making creamed chipped beef. It's extremely salty, so you really do need to snip it up and put in a cream sauce or use it to make a broth. Quality and freshness up to par.
Cons
Buyer beware. This jar is truly tiny - exactly half the size of the jars sold in the store. I order a lot from amazon and this is my first disappointment.
