Pros

Not thin like some lubricants and lasts longer. Nothing fancy about the product. I use a half bottle every 150 miles or so.

Use this original and not the generic off the shelf thin watery product. If you have a horizon treadmill, this is what you need to lube the belt.

Cons

It's possible it's silicone, but for all i know it could be diluted corn syrup. The bottles are too hard to squeeze to get the product out. What should have been straightforward became a messy process.
