Pros

The quality can't be beat, regardless of price. The swivel head and telescoping shaft are actually useful.

The ice scraper works well. The rubber wiper is a great addition to this brush. The brush and squeegee are great for getting the bulk snow off the vehicle.

The extendable handle lets me get the hood and roof of a crew cab f350. Works great for reaching across the wing or up onto the top of engine cowlings. The product is about 24 compacted and extends to the 35 as stated in the description.

Cons

The build quality is trash as well. Everything else is just mediocre or subpar. This product is cheaply made.
