The modular design alone makes this absolute winner. The settings were easily adjusted.

Hopkins 47235 impulse plug-in simple brake control is a perfect match for my 2004 duramax. Purchased this for my 2014 silverado 1500. Works great with my hopkins 7 way on my 99 silverado 2500.

Very easy to install and works great. Took no time to install. Installed in minutes but get better double sided tape.

Have only had it a few months but traded last vehicle recently and switched it over to the new one. Got crushed between the door and dash. No problems on turn signal side.

Cons

Packaging was cut all the way around and glued back together. My truck wiring was blamed. The second blew fuses.

It gives full braking when manually activated but does not fully work when used in normal braking mode. It is not sensitive enought on level 1 and on level 2 it jumps to 10% as soon as you touch the brake pedal. Now i need a different wire connector b... Read More

I used 3m trim tape because the tape that came with it failed after a week

I used a self tapping screw to ground it to the body and lastly ran one wire to the plug in the back of the truck from the module
