There is a bag of extra foam chunks if you want to bulk the pillow up and that comes in a heavy canvas bag of its own. It comes with extra stuffing in case what’s in there is not enough. The pillow is machine washable, though i have not tried that yet... Read More

Been having neck issues and sleepless nights for years. This one molds to your head for a great sleep. It offers such great support that his numbness is often absent or much reduced each morning.

Cons

It creates a crater around my head and gives me terrible neck pain. Even with extra stuffing there is no support. Shreds get everywhere if you open it.

Don't wast your money or your time.
