Pros
Reading this book brings me such comfort it's hard to believe. The techniques in this book never fail, never.
Author describes anxiety as normal sensations not to be afraid of.
The techniques i learned in the process of healing are now in my “toolbox” to deal with ordinary stressful situations. Psych, rx, etc. Are very practical and easy to understand.
Dr weeke’s method works. The main takeaway still stands today. Oldie but goodie.
Cons
This book is absolutely horrible. The complete book is paperback is >200pages long. The font is small and possibly bolded.

The author is not a proponent of electroshock therapy the entire book is about curing yourself without anything but your own acceptance and understanding and more gloriousness that i cant begin to explain so to say this is completely asinine
