Pros

The hoover is a great value for the price. The roller in the hoover head is different from the roller on the dyson. I just wish it had more gadgets. Dyson.

Good suction. Wand beater brush head really works well on couches and steps. Great suction. Long hose/attachments are convenient!

Changing the bags involves no mess and very little hassle.

The cheap plastic wand attachment is not very long and i have to bend over to make contact with baseboards. When i stop the brush rollers from revolving when vacuuming a non carpeted area, the suction is barely perceptible.

The only way to make sure the bag is on over the nozzle is to do it by hand and push it on. This is why we moved away from bag-less because they all seep allergens from their seals. Not worth a dime in my opinion.

It uses bags and that is much cleaner than the bagless ones that get dust everywhere when you have to empty the container
