I recently tried to upgrade the firmware and it bricked my device but one email to hootoo and they promptly sent me a replacement within days

This is a great product but a litle confusing at first i love iti am using it as an access point to a switch so i can access muliple networks easily without moving my computer near to the switch my only complaint was tech support is based out of california and not available unitil 900 pacific time and a response from email does not always arrive
