These give you what your paying for as far as internet services if you are getting 100mbps normally on your modem dont expect speeds of 600 if your paying for 100

However the confusing part was with actually getting the extender to pair up and how it worked as a unit

You have to hold the pair button for exactly 2 seconds then it will flash multiple times for 2 minutes straight while it locates the other device you are trying to pair up

My internet plan provides 50 mbps but my computer is far from the router and couldnt get a good wifi connection

The setup instructions were quite confusing as it makes it sound like you need to pair the devices before hooking anything up but it seems to be the complete opposite
