Was shipped quickly and arrived safe and sound. As pink as pictured. Dissolved very easily without affecting colour or flavour. This product is excellent, enhances the food.
Great for pastrami or bacon. Easy to use and doesn't take a lot to have the meat cure properly. Mixes well with kosher salt.
Worked as advertised. No complaints. Used as directed.
