Pros

Works much better than corn starch for pies. Used it to can peach and apple pie filling.

This stuff is terrific. Tastes great too. Texture is just amazing.

Cons

It is not clear gel/pectin that i searched for on amazon. Very expensive corn starch and can not be used for canning. This is one product i will not endorse!
