Agar agar will be used for my mushrooms. The mushrooms love the jelly flavor. I make a classic zefir (like marshmallow cookie) from fruit and it calls for agar powder to set properly.

Let me save you frustration and tell you how to use the agar soak ratio of 1tblspoon of agar per cup of water for 10 min bring to a boil and simmer while stirring for 5 more min
