When going through the options the left right button are the up and down so it is different and the instructions are not in english so you will have to take time to get use to how the product works

This is a great mp3 player and i did enjoy it but its unfortunate it wasnt made stronger because now it is unusable

The earbuds that come with this are gold plated and have tangle free wires

Just be careful the mp3 player comes with the volume set at 1836 which is loud enough for people around you to hear what youre listening to as if you werent using earbuds its way too loud

You do need a miniusb cable to transfer files and charge the mp3 player but it comes with one along with the earbuds
