On the lowest setting there is a considerable amount of noise enough so that when the filter first automatically shut off under its programmed setting i noticed the eery silence and got creeped out by how quiet my apartment was

Not only is that the runtime is very loud not suitable for use while sleeping

The prefilter should be changed every 23 month but the hepa filter should last 23 years according to honeywell

I had to replace the filter on my smaller unit every month or two and it was 15 each time

I do wish this cleaner was a touch more quiet but what noise it does have would not prevent me from purchasing this unit again
