They last a fair while but the cost is so cheap it doesnt matter if you need more
I couldnt believe the price having purchased these ear plugs in the past at a much higher cost

The design makes them easy to insert and i find the flared base acts as a kind of anchor against your antitragus

Very comfortable so they dont feel like your ear has been stuffed with a sausage

Just roll them in your fingers untill all the air is out then side in to the ear all the air rushes back in to them so they fill the ear
