Pros
Safety features are excellent, it has a thermal cutout if it gets hot. Big tough metal box, very sturdy. Good strong metal fan.
It warms up the bedroom nicely an hour before i go to bed when i switch it off. The heater uses 10amps so no overheating issues. Heats my standard size garage up in 15 mins when temp was 0. Also has an anti frost mode which is around 5 degrees c.
Cons
Very disappointing. Pretty much useless after the 1st month of use. Since i have only 120 volts available where i want to use it, it is useless to me. Such a useless item.
When heats and stops it takes long to restart. After 3 months is getting louder and fan struggling. The 3-pin plug socket had melted into the wall socket and burnt through.

The build quality is good and once you realise you have to push in the control know to make it work the controls are easy to use
So i have been impressed with the quality of the brand even if it is just another brand label now
I am unhappy with the supplier as it was probably a returned as faulty item in the first place
Ok but vibrates a bit and is quite loud would expect better quality for the price

It has a frost feature comes on when temperature drops below 4 deg c but im not sure this works very well

The heater doesn’t get overly hot which could be a good thing but on a cold night in a conservatory doesn’t have the desired effect

Only had the heater couple of months at most and the fan has stopped working

I was however contacted by the seller immediately after posting this review and offered a return refund which i would say is excellent customer service

I also rang the company to arrange the return and the lady i spoke to was polite efficient helpful and sympathetic so 5 for her
