Easy to install. Manuals on how to diy your honeywell system are online. Got instruction from youtube. Programming of the detector is also pretty straight forward as you need only clap your hands in front of it and watch your alpha keypad.

Can be used with 2gig or honeywell systems natively. These work great with my 2gig/vivint panel and were a breeze to configure. Uses a lithium battery which will last 3-5 years.

The fg-701 micro-flex tester is basically a mandatory purchase to accompany these detectors. It's worth the peace of mind that an intruder won't be able to bypass your system through an achilles heel.

Cons

This unit is laughable, saw a lot of reviews about its functionality which i found to be at best. It requires a cr123 battery of which is a non-standard battery not easily found. Fyi - glass break sensors are not supported by residential adt systems.
