Just the right cuts at the back to let the heat dissipation function with the two slits format its easier to open and operate
Mine is a nicely stitched brown which goes well with the hardtomatch of my mica colored lenovo case too
Bottomline i am not thrilled with the case but must admit that it functions well enough for what it is
I don’t use tablet mode but i do use tabletop mode which is still usable with the case
Price
This seems like the price of admission for this kind of laptopcover combination with a 360 degree hinge however

The magnet used to connect the 2 parts of the case screen part and keyboard part disconnects when the laptop lid is opened at gt150 degrees approx didnt actually measure the angle

Some how i stumbled upon this vendor and saw a few pictures in the reviews that would suggest that even though it was designed for a yoga it may actually fit my laptop

If you use the tablet mode a lot then you might not want this case as the case must be removed to use tablet mode

What all this means though that the critical edges of the laptop where the majority of damaging blows strike have only modest protection

Yes there is some case overhang at the corners and all around actually no there is no polymer bumper or general cover purposebuilt protection
