Pros

Gummies and solid nutrition make my stomach cramp. Have used these training for a marathon. I usually consume one before i start my run and take one with me to consume about 30 minutes in the run.

Cons

The product smells like perfumed laundry soap. It is literally like eating a plastic bag flavored gel. Do not taste like acai or pomegranate.

Quick energy tasty recommend having it with some water and easy to carry

Taste great and very effective for extra energy on long rides

Ripped on open and went to put the torn piece in one of my jacket pockets and it stuck to my glove like glue

Literally the last thing i crave while i’m working out is sticky gobs of honey

I felt like the price was good for this pack as well

It is worth the value it helps a lot on long rides and if someone has a sugar drop this will help him to recover as it happened to a friend

I don’t have the wallet to be spending on big priced gels

Shipping

I counted them twice and came up with 23 instead of 24 delivered

Contacted amazon and immediately got replacement which is appreciated

Delivery was super quick as promised but came with open smashed box

Packaging/appearance

The reason to take away a star is the shipping packaging

In fact it made me look at the back of the package to see if theres honey in it

Shipping packaging needs to improve based on the fragile nature of the product

Fortunately this time none of the actual packs were affected

Competitiveness

I have never tried any other type of gels so i’m not sure how they compare to others

The same benefit as gu gel and clif gel in my opinion but i didn’t care for the flavor
