Pros
Tastes really yummy with no aftertaste at all. I definitely prefer the fruit smoothie over the honey.
It goes down easier than gu. These are much more manageable. Ran a half marathon and 2 full marathons in 3 weeks thanks in part to this.
Cons
The gold flavor is completely disgusting. What the heck is this stuff anyway that crawled out of the sealed pouch. This is hands down the most disgusting thing i have put in my body.

On that note i would not advise this specific product in the direct moments before a race or for using mid race as they are still both thick and cause phlegm and a need for more than just a sip of water
