With soft herbs it jams in 1 second. With hard herbs it just bounces them around like ping pong balls. That screw has no durability and strips out of the plastic very easily.
Don't buy this piece of garbage. Broke in a week. Four months wait for the replacement. But am very disappointed with the product.

You cant pack the entire thing full and expect it to grind but ive had a lot of luck by turning it upside down and shaking it a little as it grinds

But letting the blades run without doing anything extra doesn’t provide results i expected because it wasn’t ultra fine as i wanted but if you shake it vigorously while it runs grinds everything to a very fine powder and creates tons of keif the longer it runs the more keif you get in the end result

I use to use the manual silver grinder to grind my cannabis flowers however it began to cause issues in my wrists

This battery operated grinder grinds the same amount per grind as the manual grinder but with less harm to my wrist

I choose the electric one due to issues with my bones and though i dont smoke that much the prep work of the manual grind it takes roughly 4 to 5 fills of the grinder to prep for 5 smokes was causing far too much pain

Though if allow the flowers to dry before using a it doesnt take much to prevent the blades from spinning
