This couch is great if you have the right expectations. Inexpensive. Customer service is excellent and responded to my query within hours of posting.

Cons
This couch is for toddlers and even for a toddler, it's very uncomfortable to sit on. The only thing versatile are the cushions. Cushions become quickly lopsided and the material is extremely poor quality.
The back seam with the flaps looks bad. It's very disappointing because for this price, i probably could've bought a full size used couch. The color is nice, but it's completely unusable unless you just need to sit for a second to put on your shoes.

Shipping was incredibly fast and super easy to put together
This couch arrived in 2 boxes on different days but it was so easy and quick with 2 people to put together
Comes in two large boxes that were delivered on separate days both had tracking
The couch was delivered in 3 days we do have prime it came in two big boxes
Packaging/appearance
Intelligently packed easy to assemble with some trial and error
Theyre packaged to fit inside the frame of the couch and expand when you open them
Especially when it arrived in two relatively small boxes for a 3 person couch with ottoman
Competitiveness
Please do not compare to a nice full couch from a name brand or furniture store
I suspect the softer seat cushions wont last as long as the firm one but thats just my guess

Had to break the beam to get the cushions out thankfully theyre not apart of the couch assembly

We had a bit of an issue with one of the arms as well you have to slide it into place with the frame and it was giving us trouble
