Pros
The moveable ottoman is a great touch and elevates the comfort level. The fabric feels nice as well and is not itchy. It's not a super soft sofa, but it's pretty good for a sofa of this price range.
This couch is better than expected. Looks high end and feels very sturdy.
The height of the couch is ok if you are taller you may want to purchase some taller legs. This sofa is very cute and if definately made for small spaces, but does look nice.
Easy to assemble. If you read the instructions it tells you to take those out.
The two pieces were shipped together and came at the same time so there were no issues with shipping. It comes in two boxes and everything is packed so nicely.
Cons
The quality of the back cushions is terrible, they are misshapen, different sizes, and there are gaps between the cushions. The pillows are not at all like the pictures. You can't put a pillow on top of the cushion.

I love that it didn’t cost a fortune either

Shipping was incredibly fast and super easy to put together
This couch arrived in 2 boxes on different days but it was so easy and quick with 2 people to put together
Comes in two large boxes that were delivered on separate days both had tracking
The couch was delivered in 3 days we do have prime it came in two big boxes
Packaging/appearance
Intelligently packed easy to assemble with some trial and error
Theyre packaged to fit inside the frame of the couch and expand when you open them
Especially when it arrived in two relatively small boxes for a 3 person couch with ottoman
Competitiveness
Please do not compare to a nice full couch from a name brand or furniture store
I suspect the softer seat cushions wont last as long as the firm one but thats just my guess

One cushion was shoved in the ottoman and was almost impossible to remove directions are not very clear but there is a board holding the cushion in place that has to be removed not an easy task

They were a pain to remove without damaging anything and took a fair amount of force to do so
