The instructions dont tell you that the front screws adjust it for the thickness of the door

The front of the lock is slightly wider than the 214 inch notch so it wont fit perfectly flush to the door edge

Wish the instructions had said stop to see if you really need to router out the door frame because i followed the instructions routered out the frame to seat the latch plate and then found out that the latch cannot reach the plate because the sliding door doesnt close 100
