Wood or silicone utensils should be used to avoid scratches. They wash up very well and are durable! Only complaint is amazon not letting me upload the photos i have, there's a little bit of residue inside bottom of the pan after cleaning.

This pot is my new favorite. It's pricey, but also the only one i found that's nickle-free, so i bought it. Couldn't be happier.

It heats evenly and is a breeze to clean. It is easy to clean and distributes heat evenly.

Cons

The pot is smaller than expected, but the problem is it discolors from even boiling vinegar with lemon juice as instructed the first time! Contacting vendor and will update rating if the issue is resolved.
