One thing i noticed was that the black bulbs that are supposed to sit at the end of the hooks doesnt stay on

There is nothing stopping them from falling off the bottom hook

When i put them on the top hooks its fine until i hang a jacket or purse then the ball immediately falls off

I reversed the second set of hooks because it is hard to get behind after hanging a coat on the top one
