Customer service is non-existent. I emailed them 3 days ago and nothing. Protective clear cover makes horrible reflection and it's impossible to watch tv with out glare!

However we weren’t intending that n watching the tv like that so we just remove the cover when needed

Does what it say by protecting tv from rain but the plastic cover for the screen came so wrinkled we cant keep it on an watch the tv but otherwise perfect
