This will be installed in about a week by an electrician. As it is now, my curtain blocks a lot of the bathroom light. Love the light/fan fixture and would recommend and would purchase again.

This is the best combination light and exhaust fan i have found. After that it just works - amazingly well. Works great.
Fan has built-in plug-and-play connector. Easy to use resistive touch pad switch.
Cons
The sensor works initially but the fan never turns off after the moisture is gone. Even if the motion is constant it still turns off and instantly turns back on.

The quality of housing is superb nice finish on light
Again this is not a problem with the product
I am positive that this is the reason for a less than pleasant installation nothing wrong with the product
Have not yet had experience with the automatic humidity detection feature
Price

Deficiencies1 the motion sensor only activates the light not the fan2 the motion sensor only activates the light for a total of about 3045 seconds after which it turns off3 the night light is not automatable on a schedule4 the unit will not talk to any home automation hubsthat said its still what i would consider a great unit with lots of value for your money and it works perfectly for me

I would suspect most bathroomshalf baths already have lighting installed

The switch already contains a humidity autosetting for the fan causing the fan to turn on automatically at a humiditylevel higher than 60

Where this functionality however falls short is for installations in a halfbath only toilet or in areas with shared bathtoilet

So imho it would have been much more convenient if the fan would trip under one of three conditions 1 the switch is pressed to run the fan2 the humidity sensor trips the fan3 the motion sensor trips the fan in which case it should run automatically for a period of 1530 min to sufficiently evacuate potentially fouled air
