Pros

Blue moonlight feature is nice. Has ambient lighting that is fantastic. Totally sets a peaceful ambiance with the blue nightlight.

It’s much quieter than their old fans too.

Installation is possible from below without going into the attic. Caulk to seal the box to the sheetrock and to cover over that chunk of sheetrock that may have fallen off when i slipped.

I hope it lasts a long time. Used it in new bath. This is essential when living in the south in a wet environment like a bathroom.
