Pros

I use compression before shiatsu and compression setting together and it feels heavenly! My only complaints are that the heat is puny and it doesn't hit my high arches. Could be a little longer inside to hit the base of my arch.

You just need to get a transformer for 110v 120v that has a minimum for 45 watts. I like it intense and the strongest level is perfect! It has auto timer to turn off.

Cons

Not impressed. Ended up being disappointed to say the least.
