We did have to turn up the tv volume since it is somewhat noisy which was not a big deal it wasnt annoying and i dont think it could be quiet with a motor to make bubbles in a plastic tub

With this footspayou have to warm the water yourself and pour it in there but the bubbles make up for its inability to keep water hot

You just have to remmebr to put warm water in it it keeps it warn doesnt really heat
