Pros
When i have the heat and central hvac unit on, it gets quite warm. There’s either a fan or a motor in the unit that makes a quite, but noticeable, grinding sound. Could not be happier with the outcome.
The crystal gives a beautiful glow. The flames looks almost real to me. The lights change colors but i keep it looking like a fire.
Cons
My opinion is it like a scam. Do not buy this. Definitely don't recommend. Don’t fo business with them.
Amazon return my money to a amazon gift card and refuse to put it back on my debit card that i pay for it with. This is a defective device and return postage should be covered! The manufacturer needs to rethink this product.
The flame isn't anything like the picture. One section of the flame, right in the center,is non existence. Secondly the flame simulator is way too noisy.

Quality
I’m using the crystals for the warmer months and will change them with the logs for the winter months
I’m not too sure about the heat yet since it’s hot out and i’m just enjoying the ambiance now with the no heat option
Good quality but the heat doesnt blow too far
Competitiveness
My only other circuit available was the one my refrigerator was on and that would’ve maxed that circuit also

Just read the instructions because you need to choose the crystal stones or the wood imitation

You have to put the fireplace in the place without the glass and put the glass back once fireplace its secure
