Heater is quiet, unit is quiet! It is a bit on the noisy side fir the first 10 - 15 minutes until it warms up.

The fireplace unit looks sleek and modern. Besides that, its big, looks good and was reasonably priced. Design is very modern and dimensions are according to what's listed.

Fan makes an obnoxious grinding noise. It knocks every 4 seconds. This issue also appears when the heater attempts to turn back on, once the temperature sensor detects the room temperature is too low.

Not a great product and even worse customer service. That’s not really how i think costumer service should work. Keeping the other units videos but not explaining they're different is truly deceptive, and fraudulent.
