A very affordable fix for a bad situation. Not many seller are like that, i'm very happy with the product and the seller. This is the best investment i made to make my mobile home feel like a real home!

Cons
The glass facing was shattered. The reflectors inside are on a rod that spins and it was hitting the holder in the middle of the rod. Still waiting for response on a refund request.
After the first use, the blower only works when it wants to. This issue also appears when the heater attempts to turn back on, once the temperature sensor detects the room temperature is too low.
Fan very loud. Very loud buzzing from fan motor. Terrible obnoxious grinding noise. It knocks every 4 seconds.
The flame brightness and height is non existant. The color patterns are harry potter frightful. The flame simulator is way too noisy.
