Pros

It fits well in my newly remodeled kitchen. I have ethan allen furniture and this cart fits beautifullywith my dining room set. Has extra places for spices, handtowels & papertowels on the sides.

This is the second cart with granite top that i have purchased from home styles. The marble top is also handy for doing many things and it is durable. I clean the granite daily btw.

Each piece was labeled for a correctinstall. If you pay close attention, assembly is actually fun. As with all our assembly we go slow and make sure the instructions make sense and we are doing things correctly.

The bottom drawer is what i was wanting. Lots of cabinet and drawer space. Big enough for my rice cooker, some pans, crockpot, and other goodies. I used a ratcheting phillips screwdriver that i got at lowes several years ago.

Cons

The cart can wobble dangerously on its casters when you move or just work on it. The holes for the drawers are too small (as are the drawers themselves), and had to be drilled bigger.

My instructions said to build the frame first then turn it over and put the casters on then turn the entire assembly back over

We started the assembly and an hour later could not assemble the first 2 parts

There is nothing cheap about this cart it is well worth the price

Worth every penny and i’m sure we will be enjoying it for years to come

For what i paid it should have been without these flaws

It was a little expensive but well worth it in the end

Told them the problem and the partswere shipped and received in a few days

No damage at all and shipped in lots of styrofoam

I contacted the seller and within a week the missing part was at my house

Our granite came one day and the rest showed up the very next day

Packaging/appearance

The packaging was impressive and very secure

The item came in 2 boxes and was packed very well

The packaging also says made in thailand

Packaging was exceptional granite was wrapped very well

Competitiveness

I used a ratcheting phillips screwdriver that i got at lowes several years ago it makes putting the drawer screws in easier

The instructions were much better than anything ikea has ever done

All the parts fit together perfectly and unlike its competitors all the structural parts are solid wood rather than cheap particle board
