I couldnt get my camera to work and i followed the steps correctly so i called customer support and ray fixed my issue right away

Although i visit her frequently the camera helps me have peace of mind on those days i cannot get to her house cannot seem to get her to remember to call and check in with me and doesnt always hear the phone when i call

Tip instead of using the p2pwificam app listed in the instructions go to the apple store and download the hawkcam app as noted on the hawkcam website
