You have to adjust and familiarise with the range and volume

Everyone complained about the difficulty of getting it set just right and the many false alarms

I was surprised that the radar penetrated through our wall which was stucco which is pasted over a metal meshing since the instructions say it wont penetrate very well through walls with metal in them

It took me a while to figure out what was happening but it wouldnt start to give off false alarms until about 30 minutes after i turned on the lights

But what was setting it off were the large moths that the light attracted

Also when a cold front came in one night the moths went away but the thing was still going off

I tracked that down to the fact that we had two large hanging lights on the front porch and the wind started making them move back and forth ever so slightly which set the alarm off
