Pros

The water taste great. This system makes it taste like the best bottled water. Even my cat likes it, and he actually is very picky about his water. The water is bpa-free.

The time it takes for the reservoir tank to refill takes 1-3 hours, depending on the city's water pressure.

If you are a non-diyer who wants a simple solution this is for you. Make a copy of the template and save the instruction brochure and “tips.

Customer service is also very good. Friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Couldn't be happier and couldn't be more friendly. Thank goodness for available conveniences such as this system. I've never been happier and muchhappier.

The results exceed my expectations. Should have purchased it long before the need. Culligan always send email to reminding us that it is time to get new filter.
