Used two packs now over about six months in a mix of wine beer cider etcit keeps fine for months in the fridge says one month from openingoverall works excellently and more economic than the sachets but do give it much longer than suggested ie 248 hours and always decant the worst of the sediment before using the finings to get a good clear product
