Unlike other carboys, the neck of this 1 gallon is not straight. The tip is more constricted than the shoulder part. The bubbler is also very cheap plastic.

The glass jug is awesome good quality
So far has stood up to a few drops strong glass bought a few will work well for the homebrew the stopper airlock fits and works well
It’s too firm and loses its seal
It works well but the rubber stopper isnlittle too big for the carboy so it has a tendency to pop out
Price
This product is excellent and reasonably priced
This kit allows you to have an economic delicious money saving hobby
The air lock isnt the best but to be included for the price it is a great deal
Overall still not bad for what you pay

Arrived in a timely fashion with no damage
They were packed very well and all made it here quickly and safely
It arrived next day and in one piece

I know this is not an issue with other similar products since i have another that does not have this issue
As of now i bought 4 units to make different mead recipies with and i intend on buying at least 2 others

The airlock is easy to use and the big advantage is that you can see very easily when your hooch beer or wine has stopped bubbling look a the video

So on the video you can see the airlock that comes with the glass gallon sshape

You can see very clearly the gaz escaping which is a clear indicator that you have to wait before bottling it i

On the second one you can see that even if you have evidences that the booze is still in fermentation process because of the little bubbles in the carboy the yeast still have sugar to break down

Airlocks are fragile as theyre made of plastic but thats to be expected
