Pros
These are pretty sturdy to stir wine must in a 6 gallon pail. Stout enough to stir thick mash. If you use them pre-boil they are a great device.
Cons
The advertisement say one paddle, one spoon - i received two paddles. They were made of a much stronger, firmer plastic. Would not recommend these new ones.

If you are actually trying to use them in a boil situation they are going to fail very quickly

Yep acids can pit stainless causing places for biofilms to hide and you dont want that at bottling time

The width might be an issue if youre using something with a narrow opening

I bought the plastic so as not to scratch the pails interior and make it hard to clean and sanitize
