Pros
Dehumidifiers are very efficient and the noise they produce not disturbing. It continuously pumps into my croc sump and keeps my basement perfect al year round.
This dehumidifier is by far my favorite new thing in the camper. Thank you customer care plus, for being an awesome company to deal with. Very happy with my purchase.
I'm blown away. Lesson(s) learned. The oldest is now 4 years, the other 2 years.
Cons
This dehumidifier is a piece of junk. Only lasted 22 months. The “un-help’ agent said probably the motherboard and nothing they can do about it.
The inlet filter is basically useless so your coils are going to get dirty faster. The air is humid. The jug is empty and refuses to fill. You have to empty the water 2-3x daily for it not to just stop working bc it’s out of capacity.
Tried reaching support using their chat as described in the owner’s manual & their website. Never received a response. Even more frustrating is that the number they provide for contact does not work. Trying to contact mfg to find out about warrant... Read More

About 2 months in the pump hose started leaking (i put a cup under the hose exit on the back).
After 3 days i dumped 2 gallons of water out of this thing.

It’s worth the extra $40 for 3 years instead of 1.
Also wish there is 1500 square foot option without wifi and be less expensive.
