Once underneath hand tightening loosely just so that a couple treads go on to where it will not fall off and you will have enough play to line up the rest of the 3 out of 4 remaining holes

I found that the small wrench provided was not long enough to put on the nut while i tightened the bolt from underneath

The only difficult part is the rotating base as the space is too narrow so you will have to work some magic
