Pros
Faux leather top has a grain although very smooth. Easy to assemble, faux leather looks nice. They are very slylish and sturdy.
Nice chrome base and pole holding this table up and looks great. We love that it's an adjustable height and it's light enough to push to the corner when she doesn't need it. The only issue is that the table is not easy to adjust.
Cons
The faux leather is paper thin and wrinkled and the table itself is lopsided. Not sturdy enough to have a cup coffee and small breakfast.
After assembling the hydraulic lift table there was no easy way to disassemble it for a return. At the factory the drill holes were drilled on the wrong side.

The result is the meshy fabric that is wrapped around the board is falling off and looks terrible
The top is a faux 34leathery34 material which i didnt know

I love this product especially for the price

No idea what the complaints are about unless they didnt remove the protective cover on mechanism the hydraulic work just fine

By middle portion of the assembly i mean the portion that is a metal cylinder with a lever

Before screwing the tabletop to this middle portion of the assembly and then placing the middle portion over the base you need to knock out the black cap

You can smack the l wrench included in the set against it and it should pop out

Once i raised this post to full height i cant get it to lower altho i bought it to use at full height i might want to adjust that level later

Note instructions say nothing about removing the cap on the post before adjoining with tabletop to allow raising via handle so take that off first

I figured this out after assembly but easily removed the screws and tapped out the black cap
