Very easy to assemble took about 20 minutes using two 17mm spanners
Once assembled on the higher setting a little unstable but i would not use it at its max

Instructions in box you will need 2 spannersdont know sizes or adjustables to put together took me 20mins not rushing it

The only problems are that its abit tricky to adjust the height of the bars and that at the top of the stands where the bar rests the paint quickly comes off because of the bar scratching it

There are two parts to move per rack the safety bar and the pin lock
