Loss of one star for one of the chair arms apparently not being correctly bent to fit the chair

When i was trying to get it in i noticed that the inside edge of the arm was being gouged by the sockets

I had to bend the arms out a little to get them to line up and then force it into the sockets to get it to go in enough to lock in place

The other parts went together fairly well except that a couple of the plastic sleeves between sections of the back angle and the part that attaches t the seat were not driven in enough so it was hard to get the pieces to lock together

Giving 4 versus 5 stars because assembly was a little confusing for me 2 types of washers were included but instructions only tell you what to do with one of them
