I tried everything i could to get the old pneumatic gas lift off of the chair to no avail

The only improvement might be to make a replacement pneumatic hydraulic gas lift that is maybe another 4 to 6 longer so my chair is up higher

I threw away an office chair sometime ago which needed this item to make it work but i did not know abut the universall pnewmatic unit at that time

I would advise anyone who has an office chair not to throw it away because it doesnt work right before trying the universal unit
