Heat is wonderful, it's like a nice low set heating pad, great to help relax the muscles. She has mobility issues now, and this chair helps a lot. She absolutely loves the chair and was amazed at how comfortable it is.

Good luck to you and me and hopes that the chair never malfunctions. Works well, but it's loud. There are no kids in my house to mess with my chairs and i will take care of them so i expect them to last a long time.

I have to admit that it is soothing and relaxing. The chair is just pu leather, but i’ll treat that occasionally to keep it from drying out and cracking. Other than that, it looks great, seating is very padded and comfortable!

This chair is wonderful. Its perfect. This recliner massage chair is amazing. It is superb.

Massage is actually just headache inducing vibrations. Back doesn't meet seat, causing sores. The padding on the inside arms is non existent.
