Pros

Best part of the chair is the casters and lumbar pillow. They are adjustable and make sitting in the chair comfortable on your back and neck. Only downside is that the arm rests are not adjustable.

Cons

The lever for the rocker/reclining function consistently malfunctioning. The chair looks more like a gaming chair than an actual functioning gaming chair. Quality of construction is terrible.

The armrests are also unadjustable. The arm rests are also super uncomfortable, and after long working/gaming session (or both) it starts to chafe my arms and elbows. The height of my desk requires the chair to be at maximum height so constantly havin... Read More

The lumbar pillow is just plain silly, no real support. The two pillows are worthless, held by straps that slip and slide. The leather is paper thin and lunbar cushion has collapsed affter a week.

It is super squeaky. From the constant creaking and popping noises, to the poorly designed arm rests. Immediately after putting it together, the chair squeaks terrible and still does.
