But do yourself a favour and go to the companies website for the youtube video of the install because the document that comes with the chair is not accurate

They do not get stuck as you push your chair backwards or in any direction while being seated on it

If you are someone who like pushing their chair under their table to get closer to their monitor please be aware you may have to reduce your seat profile to make it work
